#1 Changelog news
When I wrote my first post, my primary focus was on the content I wanted to share. Additionally, after spending so much time coding at work, the mere thought of writing CSS nearly made me nauseous.
However, I didn't anticipate how much I would enjoy this experience. So, tonight, I embraced the challenge to enhance my blog. It now reflects more of my personal taste and feels much more 'me', although I worry that in doing so, I may have somewhat betrayed Herman's spirit. I hope the addition of some extra JavaScript doesn't offend anyone :)
There are still a few things I need to work on:
- Improving the CSS for links, as it's currently hard to tell they are there without a hover animation.
- Creating my "About" page. I'm struggling with what to say there. Perhaps I'll explore data visualization.
- Shamelessly borrowing JCProbably's "💬 Community Echoes" idea.
Initially, I wanted to create a blog without a specific audience in mind. However, your feedback has shifted my perspective. I now aspire to write content that will be read, not out of ego, but because you've reminded me why I fell in love with the web in the first place.
I hope you all can help me find my voice (and assist with debugging, as much of this was done in the solitude of the night).
